Every Atlantic Atlas Designs item is printed to order just for you. Here is what to expect after you check out.
Processing time
Orders are printed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Busy seasons can occasionally add a day or two; if your order will take longer than the time stated here, we will email you with a new estimate and you may cancel for a full refund.
Shipping method
All orders ship by standard shipping to addresses in the 50 United States. We do not currently ship to Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international addresses, and we do not offer express or economy shipping.
Tracking and delivery confirmation
Every order includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also find it by signing in to your account.
Orders with more than one item
Items are produced by different print partners, so an order with several products (for example a shirt and a mug) may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Free shipping and taxes
Standard shipping is free on every order. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; once an order has gone into production we may not be able to change it.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help open a claim.
