The 1993 SVT Cobra marked the debut year for the SVT Cobra and the final year of the Fox Body generation. Its upgraded 5.0L V8 was factory rated at 235 horsepower and featured GT-40 cylinder heads, a performance intake, revised valvetrain components, and other upgrades. Only 4,993 standard Cobras were produced, including 1,355 finished in Teal, helping make the teal version especially recognizable among enthusiasts.
